Terms and Conditions: HHLS LLC & it's associates act as agents only and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and the seller. The commission will be 10% of the selling price with a minimum of $20. The catalog fee for our regularly scheduled Wednesday night sales is $20. The catalog fee is non-refundable. CONSIGNOR AGREES TO NOT PRIVATELY SELL, ADVERTISE OR WITHDRAW CONSIGNED HORSE OR HORSES PRIOR TO THE SALE unless injured/sick with vet documentation.

 

NOTICE: Videos are welcomed and encouraged. Our sales are nationally advertised and buyers travel many miles for the opportunity to buy your horses. Therefore all consignments MUST go through the sale ring. NO ALLEY TRADING IS ALLOWED!! This is a contract. You have consigned your horse to Heartland Horse and Livestock Sales LLC.
